Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe medium tomatoes

  • 1/8th cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1-2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

  • 1 Tbsp. EVOO

  • 1 tsp. Balsamic


Directions

  1. Rough chop tomatoes. Place tomatoes and juice in bowl;

  2. Finely chop red onion. Place in same bowl.

  3. Toss with EVOO and Balsamic.

  4. Add basil and stir in.

  5. Serve with slices of warm, fresh bread; voila, quick appetizer!
