The bread-dipping spices are more than just that. They can be combined with EVOO and one of our vinegars and made into an Italian dressing or used as a marinade for a roast chicken or grilled fish. We source our spices locally from Monterey County and blend them ourselves using our recipe.

Our BBQ rub has been created by our very own rancho grill master and honed over 10 years. Not only did he create the recipe, he blends it himself.
