Our olive oils are truly artisan-crafted and one of a kind.  Despite being a small farm, our goal is to produce the finest quality olive oil available. Our olives are hand-picked, sorted, and milled within 12 hours.  Olive oils which contain anything other than olive oil are never referred to as certified extra virgin, consequently, flavor-infused oils are not referred to as extra virgin, even though they are produced with one of our certified extra virgin oils.
 
​Looking for serving suggestions? This Orange Olive Oil pairs wonderfully in chocolate, for instance, chocolate brownies. Simply replace vegetable oil with Orange Olive Oil, and your brownies become far more complex and delicious. Try drizzling it over dark chocolate ice cream -- wow! This versatile oil can also be used in citrus olive oil cakes, a spinach salad with goat cheese, red onions, orange slices, and candied walnuts, as well as in a marinade for poultry, fish or duck. This oil also pairs beautifully with our Champagne Vinegar and can be combined in our two- or three-bottle olive oil gift sets.

Sustainability is important to us.  The product specs for our caps states: "*Bisphenol A was not used in the manufacture of this item."  Our bottles are wrapped Green Way ® tissue paper, which is made in the USA and is printed on papers sourced from well managed forests.  Our packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable, derived from an annually renewable starch raw material and is made from potato and wheat starch.  It disintegrates quickly when in direct contact with water.  Our ribbons are fabric and can be repurposed for other uses, including hair ribbons.
