The olives for our Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil were harvested November 10th, 20th and 21st, 2023. This oil is robust, more grassy, pungent and spicy than our Arebequina Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, but it offers a smooth finish. It is a perfect finishing oil. The polyphenol level on this blend is 516, in the High category.
All of our products arrive fully wrapped and we include recipes at no extra charge. If you'd like a gift message included, please leave the message, the recipient's name and gift giver's name in the "Notes" section.
Sustainability is important to us. The product specs for our caps states: "*Bisphenol A was not used in the manufacture of this item." Our Green Way ® gift wrapping paper is made in the USA and is printed on papers sourced from well managed forests.
